Bromont,Qc - Spring Series

This is going to be a short race post. Not only did I get sick during the race series but I also didn't finish the two GS races and skied pretty terribly in both slaloms. I didn't score in either slaloms and my best friend from the team quit after the series as well.

However on the more positive side of things a few of the boys did ski very well and my best friend and I had a pretty great time in the tiny house we were staying in, annoying the crap out of one of our coaches. We even came up with a few jokes. " What does the egg say when she mediates? Oooommmmmelette!" It is kind of a bad joke but in the moment neither of us could stop laughing.

There is really not much else to add because that is just how the four days went... bad race, come home, make diner, come up with bad jokes, laugh about them for way to long, annoy our coach so much he leaves, and then do it again the next day. The second day was my birthday tho so to change it up we went to the dep. to buy candles and pop tarts ( because there was no cake ) and my coach and best friend sung a horrible version of happy birthday but it is the thought that counts!

That's pretty much it. We came home for a long training to block to prepare us for the last couple races series of the season.
